Established in January 2016, Learning for Excellence’s main focus was to aid the development of our clients and to support individuals and organisations to increase efficiencies and performance through the provision of high-quality training programmes.
WHAT WE DO....
High-quality training programmes remain our core focus. This has enabled Learning for Excellence to expand in to new areas with strong national relationships in various sectors.
We are now able to offer apprenticeship programmes, funded short-course programmes, recruitment services and also commercial training packages to cater for our clients every need.
We are proud to have developed the skills and careers of hundreds of individuals whilst also improving the performance and staff retention of some of the biggest and smallest employers in the country.
Over the years, Learning for Excellence have gained a strong foothold in the Health & Social Care sector with national relationships throughout the industry, we have a proven track record of delivering a variety of programmes to our wide client base and are now proudly offering more and more developmental learning options for our partners.
Our core objective is to put the needs of our client and their learners first, a belief that has allowed us to expand these relationships over time.
We also specialise in the delivery of Commercial training packages, tailored specifically to our clients’ needs and demands, in an ever-growing sector.
Local Talent
Learning for Excellence’s Head Office is in Sunderland, but we support our employers and learners all across the North East of England and our portfolio of offerings is constantly increasing and evolving to support the growth and sustainability of our employers.
Expert Team
Due to our experience of delivering an excellent standard of training, we also offer our employers other services such as recruitment programmes through local partnerships or Distance Learning opportunities to continually update their staff CPD via available funding streams.
