• Adult Care Worker – Level 2 
• Lead Adult Care Worker – Level 3 
• Care Leadership and Management – Level 5 

Each programme is designed to support career progression and build practical, workplace-ready skills. 

Our Relationship:

Our relationship with employers is central to our approach. A dedicated member of our Business Development team conducts regular reviews to ensure both employer and apprentice needs are fully met throughout the programme. 

APPRENTICESHIPS FOR YOU

We work in close partnership with a select number of employers, both locally and nationally, to maintain the highest standards of delivery from initial engagement through to successful completion. 

Our approach is to become an extension of your organisation—integrating seamlessly into your team to support both the apprentice and the wider business. We work collaboratively to maximise impact while minimising disruption to day-to-day operations, offering flexible delivery through small group sessions or one-to-one support. 

Throughout the programme, apprentices will develop key knowledge and competencies, including: 

• Understanding the standards and regulations relevant to their role 
• Supporting and leading others in line with organisational policies and procedures 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills 
• Safeguarding responsibilities 
• Professional development and reflective practice 

Each apprentice is assigned a dedicated assessor who provides ongoing mentoring, guidance, and support. Assessors work closely with employers to ensure apprentices are progressing effectively and meeting both organisational objectives and qualification requirements.
